Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Custom or personalized items, opened inks, and certain other products may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for return eligibility.

Return Process:

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

You will be provided with instructions on how to return your product. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or type, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage or defect. We will assist in processing a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items:

Certain products, such as opened inks, custom or personalized items, and any items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.
